Katia’s postcard illustrates her design process for folding a pair of pants. She really wanted to push the boundaries of what counts as design and choose an interesting and unique activity. The x-axis of the card is how much space the pants take up, and the y-axis of the card is time (increasing from top to bottom). She demonstrates the folding process through the color and density of the pants icons. Densely clustered icon rows and dark colors represent smaller folds, and sparse icon rows and light colors represent larger folds. As you move down, the folds get smaller. At the bottom the folds are the same size. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
