Mileena’s postcard depicts her travel wardrobe design process. Inspired by the PDCA quality cycle and diverge-converge models (see Dubberly), the arrows represent the convergency aspect of her process, and the color of each arrow represents the state of satisfaction she had while transitioning between different stages of the process. Green arrows represent her having a positive level of satisfaction, and red arrows represent her having a negative level of satisfaction. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
