For this postcard, Petrina’s activity was creating an illustration, and she used Tim Brennan’s model (see Dubberly). The model uses scribbles to show the random playfulness of getting from one step to the other. For her visualization, Petrina used the amount and size of the scribbles to represent her energy, and the different colors in the scribbles represent the different emotions throughout her process. Time reads from left to right, top to bottom, and each square represents a stage of her illustration. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
