Design Inspirations

For this postcard, Eileen was inspired by places where she can incorporate more hope and meaning into her process. The postcard reads with time running from left to right. Stars above the line represent places where external hope and meaning is added, and stars below the line represent places where internal (ie. personal) hope and meaning is added. The size of a star indicates how impactful the moment was. The gradient towards darker purple represents a shift towards project completion. Eileen intentionally didn’t include specific stages in this linear representation because she wanted to show how the actual design process isn’t necessarily linear or straightforward.
