Christian uses pies to represent the oreo making process in his postcard. This card reads from left to right, top to bottom; each circle is color-coded to represent a particular code, and the size of the circle represents the time spent on that code. The final pie has several wedges showing the proportion of each code in the video. Christian also wanted to showcase how each code contributes to the overall process through the crumb trail that goes from each circle to the next, all the way to the pie.
