Using her data from last week, IB used an oscillation design model (see Dubberly), splitting how she coded her activity into analysis (above) and synthesis (below). Activities like reading the instructions or finding inspiration counted as analysis, and making decisions or implementing her design counted as synthesis. The postcard shows this oscillation between analysis activities and synthesis activities as she went through the design process. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
