IB took inspiration from seeing design everywhere, knowing that design is personal, and seeking growth and learning (especially exploring where she looks for inspiration). On this postcard, the circles above represent instances of external sources of inspiration, such as IB talking to other people, and the circles below represent instances of internal sources of inspiration, like IB’s own creative thinking and evaluation. The size of the circles represent how much time IB spent on that instance of inspiration. Lines between external and internal inspiration circles show connections where IB’s internal inspiration directly used something from an external source. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
